Services
A free 30-minute initial consultation is offered to all families to discuss your child’s or young persons circumstances and the purpose of the assessment, which can be conducted by telephone, Google Meet, or Zoom. If further Occupational Therapy assessment is needed, a variety of tailored packages are available.

Consultation Advice
This will consist of a consultation up to one hour, either by telephone, Google Meet, or Zoom, to discuss your areas of concern. A summary of the conversation and general advice and strategies will be provided via email following the call.

Basic Assessment
Covering one area of function, such as handwriting or fine-motor assessment. Assessment will be conducted at home or at school, and a summary report will include structured strategies and recommendations. It is important to note that fine-motor or handwriting ability is related to multiple systems, such as sensory issues, visual perception, and postural needs. Evidence-based strategies will be provided, but this may identify a need for further assessment for consideration.
£200 (excluding travel costs)

Comprehensive Assessment
This will be a holistic assessment lasting 90 minutes, conducted at school or at home, depending on need. A combination of standardised assessments, functional assessments, and clinical observations will be used throughout. A report with recommendations and advice will be provided.
£590 (excluding travel costs)

Education and Health Care Needs Assessment and Comprehensive Report
This will consist of either a face-to-face or virtual assessment with parents (minimum of 1 hour) to ascertain parental concerns and gather information about your child’s educational journey and functional abilities. Ideally, the child or young person will be assessed in school or college.
Assessment will consist of standardised assessment, clinical observations, functional assessment, and observation of the child or young person in class (if appropriate). A comprehensive, specific report will be provided for use at the tribunal, if required.
£795 (excluding travel costs)

Report for Annual Review of EHCP
This can vary depending on your child or young person’s journey in the academic year since the EHCP or the previous annual review. As a result, this will be charged as an hourly fee. This can be either a virtual or telephone review with the child or young person’s caregiver, followed by a subsequent report with advice and recommendations. Alternatively, the child or young person may need a school visit and further assessment, with a report, advice, and recommendations.
£95 per hour (excluding travel costs)

Attendance at Co-Production
meeting or Annual Review
This will consist of attendance at Co-Production or Annual Review meetings and any required input during these.
£95 per hour (minimum of 1 hour required to prepare prior meetings, and a minimum of 1 hour required for meeting attendance, excluding travel costs)

When support is provided at home, in school, or at meetings and tribunals, travel time and mileage are charged. This reflects the time spent travelling to and from appointments, as well as fuel and vehicle costs, and ensures that face-to-face support can be offered reliably and flexibly across different settings.
